Those Atheists who are angry at God certainly have plenty to be angry at. The problem is, that anger dissipates when you are confronted with the question of if this reality should exist at all. In order for there to be us, there needs to be order and rules, and "a God" is the only ultimate explanation for this order that we observe.

At the same time, this "God" is not a person at all. Not in our sense. Attributing selfish and shortsighted motives to the origin of reality doesn't quite make sense, and it quickly becomes clear that human speculation for Earth's formation is asking the wrong type of questions. Not "Why were we created?" rather, "What caused us to come into being?"

Here we find the origin of our angst. Speaking as a Christian, we are taught that we are made in the same image as God. Thus, we are seen as more important. Because we are. Humanity is the most advanced, the most creative species in the universe. We are the closest to a god that Nature has produced. This is not something we should brush past, and something that is deeply connected to the nature of humanity.

Thus, the "NO."
